Email your drink or snack recipes to Beth Stafford at staffordbeth50@gmail.com prior to our zoom and she will compile and email all of them to the group on Friday.  
If there is a back story (like a family favorite or tradition)You will be able to share that with your sisters. We will produce a little covid 19 summer relief cookbook … it may be worth something some day!
Beth found 12 verses that focus on refreshment to prepare us for our refreshing time together. You can read this and focus on it for one day, read one a day for 12 days, read one a week for 12 weeks, or read one a month for 12 months!
