Orphans and At-risk Kids Ministry Meeting

I know you’ve heard us talk some about this over the last 9 months or so, and while it’s been slow moving, we are getting ready to ramp up our new ministry designed to be a blessing to those trying to bless at-risk children in our community.  We cannot possibly address all the needs that are out there, because the needs are massive.  But we can do something and do it well, and that’s our goal.  A lot has already been happening behind the scenes, and it’s time to build a dedicated team.
We had two brief meetings in 2019 to gauge interest, and late in the year, Nancy Volkert agreed to co-lead this ministry initiative with me.  I’m super excited about that.  She brings a LOT to the table.  So we want to meet with any of you who have any interest in this ministry on Sunday right after bible class in the church library.  Even if you aren’t sure how you can help, please come, and we’ll let you know what the possibilities are.  Thank you for your passion and your prayers for this new ministry.
