5:00pm – Arrive and enjoy a light supper and fellowship
5:30pm – Welcome and opening prayer by Patrick Barber
5:35pm – First group of songs led by various area-wide song leaders (20-25 minutes)
6:00pm – Intermission (10 minutes) for guests to refill drinks and use the restrooms
6:10pm – Second group of songs led by various leaders (20-25 minutes)
6:35pm – Third group of songs led by various leaders (20-25 minutes)
7:00pm – Closing prayer and announcements by area ministers regarding upcoming events or announcements
7:05pm – Guests continue to mingle and enjoy dessert and fellowship until event concludes at 7:30pm
