Confusion

Confusion

Confusion

“God is not a God of confusion but a God of peace.”  1 Cor. 14:33

God is never in the state of being perplexed, bewildered, or unclear in anything He does.

His mighty mind is one free from disturbance and overflows with tranquility.

Although our God is about order and peace, He did “use” confusion once that I can think of to keep the peace He designed.

He called the place Babel, and it was the place where He confused the language of the whole world.

“So the Lord caused them to spread out from there over the whole world.” Genesis 11:9

Even in the midst of what appeared to be chaos, God was working his peace.  It may be in our storms that God does His best work.  When we cannot “see” what He is doing, we can trust His character, it is one of integrity.  Hebrews 6 tells us God cannot lie.   Numbers 23:19 tells us God is not man, and never fails to keep His word. Paul backs up Moses, and the Writer of Hebrews with these words “This truth gives them confidence that they have eternal life, which God—who does not lie—promised them before the world began.” Titus‬ ‭1‬:‭2

Don’t be confused.  God has you.  Trust Him.  Only He is able to walk with you, guard your past, protect your sides, and plan your future.

God does not do confusion.
